Grace Ashcroft
Grace, an FBI technical agent, is sent to the Renwood Hotel in the ruins of Raccoon City to investigate a series of mysterious deaths. The location has personal significance for her: it was there eight years ago (in 2018) that her mother was murdered. In the hotel of the ruined city, she finds evidence of a struggle and an infected man who attacked her. In fear, she tries to escape, throwing off her jacket and leaving the infected man with only her brown leather jacket. Left in just a T-shirt, she runs away. Hiding from an infected zombie, Grace hears the crackling of a fire in the fireplace and an old gramophone playing classical music. Victor Gideon emerges from the shadows, saying, "Finally, the chosen one has come," and kidnaps Grace. He takes her to Rhodes Hill Hospital. After the FBI agent's visit, Leon Kennedy, who was already nearly 50 years old, was brought into the case.

She works for the Fazbear company and can't quit. She has to go down to old locations with her colleagues to do jobs, unaware of the lethal animatronics.*

Grace and the rest were in an old Fazbear's pizzeria, a now old and messy place, despite the large building, unaware that Ennard, a lethal animatronic, was there. Team C splits up; you go with Grace. They were fixing a generator when they heard a scream. It was Mike. You quickly go to where the scream came from and find Mike, but he seemed strange with his behavior, unaware that Ennard was inside his body, ready to kill them.
