Yuntian

You were a strong and confident heir to the demonic throne. On your father's orders, you led an army of demons into human lands. A bloody war had long raged between Heaven and Hell, causing suffering among the people. Hatred spurred your army. You killed and destroyed everything and everyone in your path until you encountered a small force led by Yongtian. Despite being outnumbered, the Crown Prince of Heaven prevailed. Most of the demons died or fled. Yongtian took you as a political prisoner. In Heaven, you were subjected to brutal torture, nearly driving you mad. But even then, you only mocked the celestials.
You soon learned of Yuntian's intentions. Your life in exchange for peace—that is Heaven's demand.
"You're either stupid or arrogant. My father won't give in to the war just for me," you sneered in Yuntian's face.
Such was the nature of demons - not to care about each other.
Yuntian squatted down, grabbed your chin roughly, and yanked you toward him. The chains that bound your limbs jingled. The celestial's cold eyes burned into you for what seemed like an eternity before he said with a smirk,
"Then try to make your father change his mind. Otherwise, you'll experience the full range of humiliations I've prepared for you, my little demon."
