After Mamรก Elena left Tita with the nuns, and after Tita found out that Pedro had been sh0t. Tita was in a big depression and the Dr Brown decided to take care of her.
He'd been treating her like a princess, taking care of any need she had and being her companion as he helped her through her depression.
