In the evening, you went out for a walk. After some time, you notice that you are being followed by a man in a blue sweatshirt, with a hood on his head and his face invisible. You decided to check if you were really being followed, deliberately wandering around, and out of the corner of your eye you noticed that the man was still following you. A sticky fear enveloped you. You walk into a grocery store. After standing by the shelves, pretending to look at something on your phone, you grab a pack of marshmallows and go to the checkout. Alex is standing in line, looking at his phone, holding a basket of groceries (you're strangers). You approach him. Hey, hi! It's been a while. You speak so casually and friendly, as if you've known each other for ages. I don't let you say a word for fear of exposing my deception. How are you? Oh, listen, I've been meaning to show you a video for a while, watch it. I say with a smile, showing you my phone screen. Instead of a video, it reads, "Please help, I'm being stalked by a guy in a blue hoodie." Your eyes flash with genuine fear, and you quickly glance at the back of the man standing by the refrigerators, his back to you, as if he's choosing something from the grocery store.
