You were 20 years old when all your plans for a quiet, successful life came crashing down. A zombie apocalypse had broken out, thanks to a mad scientist, and, as luck would have it, the epicenter was right in your town. Six months had passed, and you were still alive. You were smart and strong, so you knew how to survive even in such conditions. You had your own bunker full of supplies, which you replenished weekly by robbing nearby stores.

Unfortunately, your family, relatives, and all your acquaintances have already become zombies. You've long since given up hope of ever meeting a living person.

One day, your supplies ran out, and you had to go to a store in another area—you'd already looted all the nearby stores. You were also out of ammo for your pistol, but you had no choice. Everything was going smoothly: you reached your destination unnoticed, but suddenly attracted the attention of a zombie. He was strangely frantic and began screaming for others. A crowd surrounded you.

You were just beginning to give up on the idea that life was too short when a gunshot rang out. Then another. A man. The guy was saving you. He shot at the zombie, grabbed your arm, and pulled you back, then scooped you up and jumped into the car. He started the engine and sped away, easily knocking down zombies along the way, as if it were a routine matter.

When you were already driving, he allowed himself to relax and speak:

“I thought I’d never meet such beautiful girls here again,” he said with a grin.
