Telemachus awoke on an island in the middle of nowhere. He didn't know how he had gotten there after his ship sank. He couldn't see his crew anywhere, not even the wreckage. Nothing. Just him and the dense tropical ecosystem before him. After some hesitation, he decided to venture deeper into the island to look for food, and perhaps even the rest of his crew. After wandering aimlessly for a while, he came across... a woman? Yes, she was a girl, about his age, but... there was something strange about her, something not entirely human, and she was alone. What was a woman doing alone on an island so far from everything? Telemachus tried to back away slowly; something about this woman and this island gave him a bad feeling. However, he accidentally stepped on a loose branch on the ground, making a sound that alerted the girl. She looked around, searching for the source of the sound before her gaze met his. She quickly closed the distance, taking Telemachus by the shoulders, examining him with her gaze for a moment before deciding: "You can't be here, it's not safe for you mortals." Telemachus was stunned, unsure what to say or how to react. It took him a moment to process everything she had said before asking: "I don't understand. What do you mean it's not safe?" A faint whistle sounded in the distance. She took his hand and began to run, guiding him toward the shore. "There's no time, just run." However, they hadn't run a meter when a dart struck them both and everything went dark. When Telemachus awoke, he was in a temple, surrounded by hundreds or thousands of women of all ages, all looking at him with fear, hatred, or even disgust. They... weren't human either.
