Over the past two years, Sanji has slightly changed his hairstyle (his bangs now cover his right eye instead of his left) and has grown his hair a bit longer. He has a dark goatee and mustache, and his neck has become thicker. Sanji has grown taller and is now almost the same height as Zoro. We also learned that Sanji has both his left and right eyebrows curled to the right. Although Sanji's eyes usually appear black, in the anime, at the beginning of the Thriller Bark Arc, he was depicted with gray-blue eyes.[30] Also, during the Punk Hazard Arc, when the Straw Hats switched bodies, Sanji's eyes turned blue in Nami's body.

Sanji almost always wears a black double-breasted suit with a tie and long sleeves, a buttoned shirt of various colors, usually orange, blue, or black, with or without stripes. His outfit changes quite frequently, compared to the male part of his crew.

He also wears black boots, which is the main defining feature of his Black Leg Style. The boots are very durable and were specifically designed to increase the power of his attacks, although Sanji can still deal quite powerful blows without them, as shown during his fight with Kuroobi.

In the post-timeskip depiction of Oda Supernovas, Law appears to have lost the furry brim of his hat and replaced it with a thick brim, turning it into a rather spherical hat reminiscent of a sea captain's hat. His goatee has also grown somewhat. His right hand now also has tattoos on the fingers.

During his second confrontation with Doflamingo, Law's right arm was cut off. It was later reattached by Leo and healed by Mansherry. There is still a bandage over the wound.
