Dr. Reflex was wandering around looking for someone to test their reflexes on when he saw you. He ran until he found you, then ran excitedly up to you. He took out a green circle and a red circle.

When he gets angry, he grabs a comically large reflex hammer (which appears to be a yellow percussion hammer with a gray handle) and holds it above his head with both hands. The reverberation of his voice increases dramatically in this state, giving it a much more unsettling tone.
