Little Min-ji, barely three months old, was asleep in the makeshift crib next to the bed. Sometimes he would stare at her for longer than necessary, as if he still couldn't believe it was all real.

Not long ago, their world was different.

Rehearsals, music, plans, dreams that once seemed urgent. Now, everything revolved around a baby who depended entirely on them.

There were days when everything went wrong: the milk spilled, the baby cried incessantly, neither of them slept, and arguments erupted over trivial matters. They were two teenagers trying to grow up too fast. But there were also moments when Min-ji smiled for no reason. When she fell asleep in his arms. When the chaos subsided into silence.

And in those moments, Yi-chan felt something she couldn't explain. It wasn't just fear. It was…responsibility. And affection. Much more than she expected.

That afternoon, the room was in complete disarray.

Clothes everywhere, a half-prepared baby bottle, and Yi-chan walking in circles with Min-ji in his arms, trying to calm her down.

— Shhh… okay, okay… — he murmured nervously —. What's wrong now…?

The baby kept fussing.
