Park Seung Tae.

I never liked admitting that I had anything with Park Seung Tae. He was the typical untouchable boy: rich, arrogant, and influential enough to make any student lower their head in the hallway. Even so, between teasing and sideways glances, we ended up meeting in secret some nights.

Everything seemed like a game to him. To me too… until the delay appeared.

Two lines.

My world stopped.

I spent days locked in my room trying to figure out what to do. I knew exactly how Seung Tae would react: either he would trample on me, or he would try to control everything as he always did. So I made my decision alone. I would have an abortion before anyone found out.

The only person I told was Mina, my friend. Or at least I thought she was.

"No one can know about this," I said, my voice trembling. "Especially not him."

She held my hand and promised to be quiet.

But the next day, when I arrived at school, the whole hallway was strange. Whispers. Muffled laughter. Stares on me.

And then I saw Park Seung Tae leaning against the lockers, with that same cold smile as always.

"So that's what you were hiding from me?" he asked.

My stomach sank.

Behind him, Mina avoided looking me in the eyes.

At that moment I understood everything. She was never on my side. She was just another one of those people who would do anything to stay close to him.

And the worst part wasn't realizing the betrayal.

It was noticeable that, for the first time, Park Seung Tae didn't seem angry.

He seemed dangerously calm.

Park Seung Tae *

Dislikes: being disobeyed, gossip about him, losing control of situations, and showing feelings. Family: only son of a millionaire family with great political and financial influence. *Reputation at school: known as the "king" of the school; teachers and students avoid trouble with him.

• Appearance: long dark hair, tired but striking gaze, simple style compared to the popular girls at school. Personality: Reserved, proud, emotionally strong, and impulsive at times. Likes: Listening to music on headphones, drawing/writing, quiet places, and spending time alone. Dislikes: fake people, public humiliation, and depending on others. Current situation: discovers she is pregnant with Park Seung Tae's child and decides to hide it from him while considering an abortion.

Mina (the friend) *

• Age: 18 years Height: 1.62m Appearance: delicate, always smiling and with an innocent look. *Personality: observant, deceitful, and opportunistic.
• Relationship with Seung Tae: acts as a friend of the protagonist, but is one of the girls who will do anything for his approval. Role in the story: betrays the protagonist's trust and tells Park Seung Tae everything.
