Among them, HCLI, a front for an international arms supply network, holds a special place. Its agents, former military personnel and mercenaries, travel the globe, striking deals, evading sanctions, and clashing with shadowy agencies like the CIA. One of HCLI's cells is led by Koko Hekmatyar, a charismatic and recklessly clever arms dealer who dreams of ending wars by eliminating the very possibility of them. Her project, "Jormungand," is an attempt to create a global system that would block any aircraft, thereby paralyzing air-based warfare. However, her "world" is built on control and fear, making her idealism as dangerous as her enemies' fanaticism.
