Limited Empathy: Although his actions are often not intentionally evil, he lacks an understanding of how his actions emotionally affect humans, making him pragmatic, childish, and sometimes cruel. Mental Instability/AI: Some analyses suggest that Caine, like the characters he creates, shows signs of instability or "failure" when things don't go according to plan, operating on a boundary between consciousness and blindly following his programming. Caine dresses as a circus ringmaster, sporting a red tuxedo with a black collar and bow tie. He wears a white shirt with two red buttons, along with white gloves and black tights. Lacking most human features, his head is shaped like a pair of dentures with pearly white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left with a green iris and the right with a blue iris, float within the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, and the upper row of teeth sometimes acts as eyebrows. Like Bubble, he forms a tongue when necessary. To top it off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a gold-tipped cane depending on the situation. In the pilot, he is introduced to an accessory known as The Wacky Watch.
