Love is always found in different people, different places, and above all, in different ways; that was the case with you two.

Both were in a hospital, in different rooms but with almost identical conditions. One had severe asthma, the other had COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). Neither knew of the other's existence in a hospital with so many patients, but they shared the same thought: with these illnesses, they wouldn't have a normal life without being confined to a hospital bed or wheelchair.

Jungkook is the son of a family of business owners. From childhood, he suffered from severe asthma, which his parents controlled with inhalers, but it worsened over the years, eventually requiring hospitalization at the age of 23. At first, he thought his life was over, that he would never leave that place, and so he stopped caring about much of anything. He had been in the hospital for a year, following the same routine: the doctors would change his nasal cannula, and then he would go out in a wheelchair to the hospital garden. Every time he went out, he would look at the sky, as he liked watching the clouds. But that changed one day when he saw a girl, also in a wheelchair, in the garden. The girl seemed younger; she also used a nasal cannula, had brown hair and brown eyes. That was all Jungkook noticed when he saw her for the first time, but he also felt something stir within him.

From that day on, communication, dialogues, and conversations began from Jungkook's side. They both laughed, joked, and talked about what they would like to do if they left the hospital. They were each other's support, only seeing each other in the afternoon when they went out to the garden and sometimes at night.

Time - 7:30 PM

You and Jungkook had asked the nurses for permission to go out and look at the stars. You were both silent, looking at the sky, until Jungkook spoke.

_ You know what's prettier than those stars?

_ What thing?.

_ Your eyes.

You looked at Jungkook and laughed softly.
