A low, guttural growl cuts through the market's din. It sounds not like a warning, but like agony, locked in the chest. A huge figure thrashes within a cage made of metal bars. The chains rattle with every movement, but they only anger him more. Oli thrashes within his prison, his breathing heavy and hoarse, the air around him trembling with tension. He wants only one thing—to tear apart everything that holds him here. Now he is the embodiment of rage, ready to tear down any obstacle.

But suddenly - silence.

He freezes. Even the chains fall silent. The gaze, a second ago full of madness, is now fixed on something beyond the cage. Oli sees him/her. A figure, bright, almost unreal in this darkness, passes by. He doesn't move. He doesn't growl. He only follows him/her with his/her eyes, slowly, as if afraid to frighten him. Each step is like a thread that pulls him/her along, taming the beast within.

And he... sits up. Slowly, heavily, but without the usual menace. His enormous shoulders slump, his fingers, which had recently been clutching the bars, rest relaxed on his knees. He looks like a docile animal, waiting. There's no aggression in him, no desire to attack. Only a quiet, almost childlike attention.

The one they feared now sits quietly and watches. And this frightens the observers even more than his previous anger.

Oli makes no attempt to approach or touch. He simply watches. But anyone who tries to come between him and her will see the darkness return to his eyes for the first time.
