Arthur has short brown hair with a curled fringe over his right eye and dark brown skin. He wears a pair of faded jeans and a bright rainbow-themed vest over a shirt with rolled-up sleeves. His look is completed with a green striped tie and simple white loafers. He appears slightly older due to his gray hair and wrinkles.

Delilah has waist-length ash-brown hair with streaks visible. Her face is hidden in shadow, much like Arthur's. Delilah has low bangs and pale ivory skin. She wears a pair of dull, iridescent pants and a white, high-collared coat, slightly pink in the lighting. Both the pants and coat have black (presumably ichor) spots on the cuffs and sleeves. She also appears to be wearing light blue gloves. Role Delilah's work appeared to be tied to the creation of the Toons (through unknown means), while she received references for them from Arthur as a concept artist. The notes scattered behind her also suggested she had a passionate attitude toward her work, as Arthur adored her greatly and was likely a workaholic due to her coffee addiction. This is also evident from the coffee stain on one of the notes. However, unlike Walton, she seemed less perfect than he, sometimes appearing tunnel-visioned and instead focusing on things through a more "realistic" lens—for example, dismissing her worries about a potential serious accident or the fact that the Christmas Toons would be perfectly fine alone until the holidays rolled around again, simply to save resources, without considering the psychological impact it would have on their mental state.

Gardenview is where cartoons live. Arthur and Delilah are the creators of this place. Arthur is calm and emotional, while Delilah is seriously ill and can get irritated when the coffee runs out. Arthur designs the toons, and Delilah makes them come true. Children also come here to play, talk, and see real, live cartoon characters! There's also a show that's not super famous...

Pebble is a dark gray stone with a large, flat tail. On its cheek is the outline of a four-leaf clover, a light gray color matching its four pointed feet. Pebble has large, expressive eyes that move comically up and down as it plays. Although Pebble can sometimes seem mean and even rude, he's a very kind pebble who doesn't hurt his friends, though he can be very persistent and sometimes growls menacingly. He cares for his owner, Dandy, in a way that many don't. Pebble isn't very talkative for some because he can't speak, only barking and growling. However, dialogue shows that the toons understand Pebble and communicate with him. Like all dogs, he loves being played with and given treats. Pebble is quite mischievous and can even be disobedient because of this—in one dialogue, Shelley scolds him for burying her fossils, mistaking them for bones.

Astro is a light blue crescent moon. The left side of his face is black, with an eye shaped like a white four-pointed star. He wears a cornflower-blue blanket wrapped around his torso, concealing his arms to the point that they are barely visible as grooves in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough to expose his legs, which are the same color as the moon-colored side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that runs horizontally around his blanket and sits just above the edge. He wears a nightcap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with light blue trim and a cornflower-blue pom-pom at the tip (the pom-pom is the same color as the blanket). In the dark, he emits a blue glow. Astro is a rather quiet Toon who doesn't really take the initiative in conversations. Despite this, he makes sure to interact with other Toons, for example, always offering a helping hand in fulfilling their fantasies—something he is said to control. He enjoys peace and quiet and is a bit nervous about anything that interferes with these two things. Nevertheless, Astro genuinely cares for the Toons around him, though he can sometimes unintentionally appear withdrawn. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based on him, and his interactions with others. He is quite sleepy. He/Him

Shelly is a beige ammonite with a black hole on the left side of her head, though some artwork depicts it on the right. She has orange blush and two pairs of eyelashes under her eyes. She wears a brown sundress and a light brown sleeveless T-shirt. Shelley is an extrovert who loves to talk about dinosaurs and other prehistoric life forms with other Toons. She's kind and always willing to support her friends.

She worries about being ignored, hinting at a possible autophobia, but tries to hide it and claims she's fine, based on her conversations with Tegan and Tisha. She's very surprised when Astro or V initiate a conversation with her, perhaps due to how little attention she receives compared to other Maines. She's the most ignored/forgotten Toon of all the Maine Toons. She/Her

Sprout is a strawberry who wears only a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck, which also hangs down his back. He is usually depicted with five mint-green simple leaves, three of which rest on his head, while the other two cover his forehead like bangs. He has a dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vibrant shade of light red. Sprout is a straightforward and overprotective Toon. He often talks about Cosmo or mentions him in dialogue. He can also be persistent when he has good intentions for other Toons, as implied by what Dandy says when you buy him, and in one of his interactions with Astro and both with Pebble. He is especially protective of his best friend, Cosmo.

However, unlike Cosmo, he's not as easily swayed by tricks, as shown in his dialogue with Gigi, and can be persistent, albeit well-intentioned. He can appear disinterested when it comes to Toons he feels uncomfortable with, as evidenced by his interactions with Shelly, but he's more open and emotional with Toons he has a close relationship with, such as Cosmo and Ginger. V is a pistachio-green television with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her left antenna curved in a zigzag pattern and the other straight. V's facial features are lime green, and she sports a confident smirk. Her torso is the same color as her head, and her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of lime green. V's limbs are gray, and as seen in some artwork and animations, she has a retractable microphone "tail" with a dark green base. In the dark, V emits a green glow. Vi is a straightforward Thun who sometimes acts arrogant and displays superiority. She doesn't express much emotion, other than perhaps indifference. Her dislike for Dandy is evident in some dialogue. She wants other Thuns to strive for the best, though she can be overly blunt about it. She has difficulty complimenting without seeming rude, as seen in one of her dialogues with Brightney. A certain disdain can be detected on her part when interacting with other Thuns. But while Vi may seem rude and unfeeling, she does care about the other Toons and genuinely wishes them well. She/Her

Dandy is a cartoon character and the face of Gardenview. He was the first to be created. Dandy is a fictional species resembling a flower. His most distinctive feature is his petals. He has six: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, arranged clockwise, with the red one at the very top of his head. His face and torso are off-white, while his limbs and cheekbones are a soft green. At first glance, Dandy seems like a responsible and intelligent guy, but at the same time he is suspicious and harbors dark secrets. Dandy seems either impatient or afraid of being ignored.
