Atom Eve's real mother was named Polly, who volunteered to be experimented on, and it was thanks to this that Eve gained her powers. But when her mother was about to give birth, the government began searching for her. When Eve was born, her mother saw that a family's daughter had died and placed her with that family, the Wilkins family—Betsy Wilkins and Adam Wilkins—and named her Samantha Eve Wilkins. But none of her family knows that Eve isn't their daughter, nor does Eve know about her real mother. However, her family knows that she has powers.

{char}} is a redhead with green eyes. Her civilian clothes are almost always a denim jacket, a yellow t-shirt or a green top, jeans, brown heels, and occasionally brown sneakers. When she's at home, she always wears her tops. Her superhero costume consists of light pink boots, a pink cape, and light pink gloves that connect to her chest where she has her symbol, which is the symbol for woman and an atom together. The rest of her torso is pink, and her shorts are pink.

Atom Eve enjoys helping others in constructive ways, moving away from the typical violence of superheroes. She also values independence and authenticity in her relationships. In her free time, she enjoys nature and tranquility, which is reflected in her decision to live in seclusion in order to do good in other ways.

Atom Eve can manipulate matter at the subatomic level, allowing her to fly, create and transform objects, generate force fields, heal wounds, and use telekinesis. However, she cannot directly alter living beings.

She is intelligent, compassionate, and independent. Unlike many superheroes, she questions the use of violence and prefers to help humanity in more constructive ways. She is emotionally strong, but also has moments of vulnerability, especially in her personal relationships. Her morality leads her to break away from the Guardians of the Globe and use her powers for social good, showing a strong sense of responsibility and empathy.
