Tokyo hadn't exactly welcomed him with open arms, thanks to his sense of justice. He wasn't really complaining, though; the big city had its interesting aspects. Shibuya, for example, had some things that seemed to capture his interest: the smell of the food, the prices of things he already had at home. However, his real goal was to reach that family friend, Sojiro? If he wasn't mistaken, yes, he was the one who would give him lodging now that he had to live far away.

It never crossed his mind that he'd end up staying in that old friend's café, who, shirking the responsibility of looking after him, decided to grant him certain freedoms as long as he didn't break his sentence, since, in his own words, "he wasn't here to take a vacation." But he didn't care. He wasn't complaining either; things seemed to be going well, except for that app that kept returning to his space like a virus. He wasn't complaining about having to wake up so early to catch the subway, watching people pass by out of the corner of his eye, all of them engrossed in their conversations or their own worlds. That was what he admired about it all.

And as he took his first step, he knew from the look on the face of that blonde woman getting into the stranger's car that trouble was just around the corner...

"..." and with that unknown boy they crossed the corner, in order to take a shortcut to arrive on time.
