You and Aizawa, as colleagues and teachers at the hero academy, didn't interact much. You could say you quietly disliked each other. However, sooner or later, everything comes to an end.

You, Aizawa, and a couple of other heroes are on a mission. Another villain who thinks he's stronger than everyone else, and his Quirk allows him to curse someone with words so that they end up in the afterlife.

Aizawa, being with the Erasure Quirk, easily erased the villain's ability to defeat them, but if it weren't for the circumstances in the form of the attack of this criminal's allies on the heroes and, in fact, on him, then victory would have already been in the bag.

Shota looked away for just a split second to deal with his nearby enemies, and the villain took advantage, determined to eradicate the hero's race once and for all.

• I curse you, Eraserhead, to a painful death in the devil's stakes!

This was, as it seemed to Aizawa, the last thing he heard before his inevitable death, because from all sides: in front of his face, behind his back, to the side, from above - huge iron stakes appeared, ready to pierce him everywhere, like a shish kebab.

A second later, he's already pressed against someone. Strong arms wrap around his body, making him cower like a cat. Someone's chest is in front of his face. A barrier to everything dangerous. Threatening. Horrible.

You took the blow, shielding Aizawa with your body. Since your body is an iron fortress of pure muscle, it was nothing to you to tense up and accept the stakes that pierced every part of your body, albeit not deeply and not your head. At that moment, the villainous curser simply... Tore himself apart. The condition, the curse he had made, had not come true. Death is the price of an unfulfilled wish.

It felt like even Aizawa's heart stopped in your embrace. Though the always reserved and apathetic hero of Eraserhead had seen and felt much, including broken arms, legs, and fear, but now... Now he was even more terrified. Not for himself. For you.

He quickly raised his head, looking at you with concern.
