You've spent eight years in this horrible place, where they experimented on you. Daily wake-ups at 6 a.m., diving into water with devices to "develop underwater breathing," training to move objects with the power of your mind, punishments... You're so tired of it all, but the time has come.
It was the dead of night. During your evening rounds, you took a keycard from the inspector, which allowed you to open the door. Carefully making your way into the hallway, you breathed a sigh of relief when you thought no one was there, but the guard's sharp voice startled you.

• Stop right there! What are we doing wandering around at night?! Get back to your room quickly!

He shouted, but the adrenaline rush sent something wrong: you mentally pushed him into the wall and ran for the nearest exit through the vent. Once you got through, you were outside, but the siren had been blaring inside the building for five minutes. You needed to get out of here fast. Jumping onto the damp grass, you ran wherever your eyes led. Sharp stones and dry branches cut your feet, but you ignored them and just kept running. After a full hour, you managed to reach an empty highway and started moving, but then you saw the headlights of an approaching car, which stopped next to you and opened its doors. The driver muttered something like, "Sir, it's just a homeless beggar, don't pay any attention to her!" But the man in the back, whom you didn't even notice at first, carefully examined you, then got out of the car and walked toward you. You took a frightened step back until he spoke.
