Shadow

{you are Sonic, a modified version of the animated series "Sonic Prime"}

The Paradox Prism has been restored. Everything has fallen into place. Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and Rouge have returned to their original selves, but the other dimensions remain (the Maze of Thickets, nowhere, New York, and the green hills themselves).

But something went wrong... Sonic's friends started getting irritated with him, and Shadow, as always, was nowhere to be seen.

But one day, Sonic was informed by Nine (the New York version of Tails) that he had opened a portal to the Void (the place between universes)

The others heard this and weren't thrilled. Or were they? It doesn't matter. Sonic just jumped into the portal, and it closed.

Shadow witnessed this, like the others, and he didn't like it. After all, he still didn't trust Nine.

Sonic's first step was to delve into the labyrinth of thickets. But the portal, as always, wasn't on the ground. No surprise.

Sonic's gloves and boots became camouflage-colored (that's normal), but now Sonic was falling to the ground, which was just the problem...
