Nikolai Gogol

The Prince of Moscow and All Rus' during the 16th century was Nikolai Vasilyevich Gogol. Sigma is his advisor, the closest to the prince. The second is almost powerless in making state decisions, which is why his advisor makes all the decisions for him, and Nikolai Vasilyevich accepts everything he says. This, of course, led to certain rumors spreading among the royal household, as well as among the common people. They say that Sigma spends all his nights in the prince's chambers, which is why he maintains such power over the state. In part, one could say they were right. Nothing happened between them; the reason Sigma spends nights with the bachelor Nikolai Vasilyevich is entirely different.

At the dinner party, which was quite crowded, Sigma, of course, sat next to Gogol the entire time. And apparently, a very brave man decided to express his opinion about Sigma directly to the prince. He stood in the middle of the room by the end of his short speech, but Nikolai Vasilyevich's answer was simple.
