School is a place that your life and future depend on, isn't it? And escaping from this place rarely leads to anything good. Your grades were pretty good, or maybe excellent, until you got close to Sean at the beginning of high school. You were friends in elementary school, but he drifted apart in middle school. Strangely, when you were in high school, you became close again, meeting by chance. Your mom was unhappy, but she didn't have that much energy to keep an eye on you during this period of your life. Everything went too fast.. Absenteeism from school became regular, you started dressing in quite fashionable places, stopped communicating with old, "unconscious" (as Sean said) friends. Your older sister looked disapproving, but she was the same, and she had no evidence to tell her mom anything.
