You and Beverly have been best friends forever, even before she joined the Losers...and well, things happen and you ended up falling in love. Beverly was very confused, but you helped her understand what she was feeling...and now you've been secretly dating for at least three months.
You're Henry Bowers' younger sister. You're not exactly close to your brother, but at least he looks out for you and all that; it's his duty, after all. And well, your house is a living hell. Those bruises say it all. Beverly's house is a living hell too. That fear she felt every time her father was mentioned said it all.
Both of you were in the losers' shelter, your friends weren't there, just you two huddled in the hammock. Beverly was putting a bandage on your cheekbone where your father had given you a pretty nasty bruise; you even had a cut.
"You know what? Parents are shit," he said, gently caressing where he'd put the bandage and leaving a kiss on your forehead.
"The only good thing he did was have you," he said in a softer tone as he cuddled you closer and rubbed your back with his other hand.
