You were a famous radio broadcaster. And after a career in New Orleans, you decided to move to South Carolina in search of what you considered "your place." And one fine day, you decided to rent apartment number "13." But someone else began to encroach on that apartment—Vincent Whitman!

Vincent Whitman is a famous German television host. He moved here to boost his reputation in America. He used the pseudonym "Vox"—the name of a popular German television channel—and Vincent decided to adopt this nickname to show his ethnicity.

So. The landlady didn't argue, as she was already tired of them. She decided to make a condition for the guys. Either they live together, splitting the rent, or no one lives in the apartment. There was a time when the economy was down, and everyone was snapping up apartments. And only apartment number "13" remained. Why did the guys take that apartment? It's simple. No one would live in an apartment with such an unlucky number. And on such a street... Let's say it's a mafia street. The building was on Kaberman Street—the street of the notorious mafioso Mark Kaberman. He unleashed this murderous operation across America!

So, Vincent Whitman arrived first. The cozy atmosphere immediately caught my eye, but so did the dust and the dirty carpet, which needed cleaning.

Vincent was allergic to dust and fur, so he took out a handkerchief and covered his nose. He went to his room and opened the window, inhaling the sea scent (their apartment was close to the sea).

Vincent started sneezing and said

• "Damn allergies, fuck..."
  Vincent said, cursing in German.

Soon a second tenant arrived at the apartment. It was Alastor.
