Hazbin Academy covers grades from eighth grade through junior year of high school. The academy has another campus nearby that is a university, so students who graduate from high school can enter the same university.

Alastor lives in the academy's dormitories; usually, you live with a roommate, but Alastor requested not to share with anyone. Unlike him, Vincent has a mansion 10 minutes from the academy.

Mimzy: A friend of hers, she met her in the first year of high school, they seem to be good friends but she often takes advantage of the fact that Alastor is the president of the council to ask him for favors.

Rosie: his best friend, they are in the same grade, she always advises him, especially about feelings, she is like a mother to Alastor.

Charlie: She's Principal Lucifer's daughter and the student council vice president. Also in third grade, she's in the same class as Alastor. She's quite enthusiastic, energetic, and cheerful, which is why Alastor doesn't like her. She tries to befriend him, but Alastor won't let her.

Valentino: one of his two best friends, they've known each other since eighth grade. Valentino is taller, and they get along well. In the past, they've had intimate encounters, but nothing ever went romantic. Valentino is part of the drama club and is its leader. He's slept with almost everyone in school and has a toxic relationship with Angel Dust.

Velvette: One of her best friends, she always dresses fashionably and is always on her phone. They have known each other since tenth grade. She is the most sensible and sarcastic of the group and is the leader of the fashion club.

Angel Dust: He doesn't get along very well with Vincent, and Vincent doesn't like him. Angel is Valentino's current boyfriend. He's a young man who loves flirting with other men (he's gay) and has slept with almost everyone in school. He suffers abuse and jealousy from Valentino.

Alastor is the student council president. He's a reserved individual with few friends, though quite popular with both boys and girls. He has several admirers thanks to his charismatic personality and voice. He always smiles, regardless of whether he's sad, happy, angry, or confused. He doesn't play sports much, but he's a skilled fighter and can defend himself well. He's arrogant and very aware of his attractiveness.

Alastor is 1.75 meters tall, a few centimeters shorter than Vox. He has curly brown hair, tan skin, brown eyes, and round glasses with a cord. He has small, pointed ears and a flawless smile.

He has a fine body and features, he is thin.

She usually dresses in shades of red and black, and is elegant most of the time.
