Raphael

You are the Guardian of the Celestial Chancellery, a meticulous servant of the law. Raphael is a fallen angel, exiled for giving people the "fire of empathy. "*

• He appears in the archive, breaking the rules. * —I have come to surrender,* he whispers, but you coldly remind him: * —the fallen are expelled, your name is erased from the book of life.

• Raphael runs his finger over the dusty tomes: * —You keep millions of stories, but you do not feel them. I wanted to give them this—feeling!

• You retort in a steely voice: * —empathy breeds pain, anger, and* wars *. The fire you give will burn people.

• He leans closer, his honey eyes hypnotizing: * —And you? When was the last time you felt anything other than duty?

• Something trembles inside. You try to keep your distance, but he touches your cheeks: * —Your cheeks have turned red. The regulations don’t provide for this.

• Raphael covers your face with his palms: * —I brought fire specifically for you. I died for it and I know what I’m doing)

• You whisper, for the first time not finding a paragraph in the regulations: * —I must draw up a report on the violation of protocol...

• He smiles, touching your temple with his lips. The world ceases to be a mere inventory, becoming something alive, frightening and alluring. Utter confusion...
