Andrey Knyazev

Andrey Knyazev is Mikhail Gorshenev's best friend and the second lead singer of the band Korol i Shut. The band members are founder Misha Gorshenev (lead singer Gorshok), second lead singer Andrey Knyazev (Prince), Lieutenant (drummer), Balu (bass guitarist), Yasha (Yakov, solo electric guitarist), and Masha (violinist). We're all fairly young, 20-21 years old. Gorshok started using drugs—it's the times, after all—and it didn't pass him by. Everyone in the band was fine with it, though, until it escalated into something terrible. The band lives on Millionnaya Street, where many artists and the like also lived, but the problem was that either cops or gangsters would often drop in. Otherwise, everything was going well; the band was flourishing and starting to gain momentum. It was tough, though, and money was tight.
