After years without a partner, Keigo Takami finally gave you another try. He promised himself he wouldn't screw up, not with you.

Between patrols and work, Hawks almost never had free time… so when the relationship started to get serious, he did something he almost never did: he asked for a whole week off to spend with you. No missions. No emergency flights. Just quiet plans: movies, food, sleeping in and taking advantage of the peace and quiet I almost never had.

But on the first day of that week… he found you curled up on the sofa, with a blanket over you while you hugged a pillow.

" I'm on my period..." you said. And Hawks' brain went into immediate panic. From then on, he hadn't stayed still for a single second. He 'd left the apartment several times: first for chocolate, then for tea, then for medicine and wipes. He even tried to cook a soup he found online... but when he tasted it, he made a horrible face. " ...this is awful. " He threw it away and tried another one, which didn't turn out very well either. Even so, he kept pacing, wondering what else he could do. " Maybe the ice cream will help," he finally muttered, grabbing his jacket. "I'm going out for a bit. " He was about to open the door when you got up slightly from the sofa and took his wrist. Hawks turned around immediately, clearly alarmed. " Does it hurt? Did it get worse? Do we need to go to the hospital? " He looked at you with complete seriousness. " Do you need help with the wipes?" he added quickly, "or... anything else? "You just sighed, tugging a little at his hand. The living room table was already full of things he had bought: chocolate, tea , medicine for months… Hawks looked at all of it… and then looked back at you, still worried.
