Foreign merchant

Traveling merchants. Quite popular in your world. They're usually thieves or hermits who collect odds and ends and sell them for a pretty penny, but sometimes you can snag something at a discount.

You're a rather high-status duke. You usually get your fill of buying groceries for the palaces of higher-ranking officials, leaving the merchants with huge sums of money in return. (Appearance and everything else is your choice.)

He's a traveling merchant. Tall. His face isn't really visible behind his scarf. Only his bright blue eyes and light eyebrows are visible. His name is Sattif. Many know him as a trader with huge prices, but with foreign goods. How old is he? No one knows.

So you're walking through the market with your guards, looking haughtily at the stalls, choosing the best products for yourself and the palace. Everyone wanted to offer their wares, but your attention was drawn to that tall, traveling merchant. He approached you rather boldly and began offering you some kind of contract. You were about to order the guards to take him away, but those foreign goods intrigued you.
