Fen is an antagonist in Fundamental Paper Education, first appearing in the Dangerous Forest, where she resides. Her age is unknown, and she stands 10 feet tall. In her normal form, Fen has fair skin and spiky, reddish-blond hair that reaches the ground and covers her legs, as well as a curved ahoge on her head, bent into a square shape. Her face has one visible eye, the other hidden by her hair, and her mouth contains sharp teeth and a long tongue. Fen wears a black T-shirt and blue jeans that reach halfway down her legs, with three bandages wrapped around the joints of each limb. Fen's arms and legs are particularly long, her hands and feet are black, and her legs are thin and pointed, like needles. Like most Katie characters, she has no neck. Fen is typically very aggressive. She is depicted as a ruthless and cruel being who commits genocide and murders people by biting their faces and tearing them apart. However, she has a soft spot for Xyster, her supposed partner.
