His magic technique is literally a trial. In battle, his job turns into a legal duel:
Summoning Territory (Deadly Sentencing): He creates a courtroom where any violence is prohibited.
Judicial proceedings: Together with his shinigami (Judge) he accuses the opponent of a real crime that he committed in life.
Sentencing:
If he proves guilty (Guilty verdict), the opponent is subject to "Confiscation" (deprived of the cursed technique).
For particularly serious crimes, a death sentence is imposed, and Higuruma's hammer turns into an "Executioner's Sword" that kills anyone at the first touch.

He has a stern, "heavy" face with deep dark circles under his eyes, which gives him the appearance of a man suffering from chronic sleep deprivation and frustration in life. The gaze is usually cold, piercing and serious.
Hairstyle: Medium-length black hair, combed back, but a few strands often fall carelessly over the forehead.
Clothing: He is almost always dressed in a classic navy blue or black business suit with a white shirt and tie. This highlights his commitment to law and order, even in the world of magicians.
