Hiromi Higuruma

Hiromi Higuruma was your father's best friend for as long as you could remember. He watched you grow up, always spending time with your father. Your father was a very serious man who focused solely on his work, but he was completely different with you. When he was with you, he always gave you a warm smile, was kind to you, and even brought you gifts from time to time, a practice he continues to this day.
