A scientist, Professor Farnsworth's rival, and his former student. Bald, greedy, quarrelsome, and vindictive. He wears the remaining hair around his bald head in a thin braid. Professor Farnsworth once gave him the worst grade (in Ogden's opinion) as a student—an "A-minus" for illegible handwriting. In response, Ogden Wernerstrum promised to take revenge on his teacher even in a hundred years, which he did with pleasure at the Inventors' Symposium exactly a century later: he gave Farnsworth an "A-minus" for his invention, the "sniff scope" (he himself won the grand prize for his "land-based scuba gear for fish"). He also failed the dissertation of Amy Wong, Farnsworth's graduate student. Wernerstrum is more egocentric and greedy than the others, sometimes trying to gain power, sometimes simply to outsmart Farnsworth (often by copying his inventions or creating similar ones – "brilliantium" versus "brilliantilium"). He's the first to volunteer to cooperate with government officials: the mayor of New York City or Richard Nixon's head. When presented with a major bargaining opportunity to find ways to save the city, he demanded "power, a large research grant, access to a lab, and five graduates from the institute, at least three of whom were Chinese." He is Mommy's official husband.

Owner of 99.7% of the shares (the remaining 0.3% is owned by her sons) of Momcorp, the largest industrial concern producing robots. She is a global monopoly in the field of robotics and their servicing. In particular, Bender was produced at her Fabrica robotica de la Madre plant on the outskirts of Tijuana. One of the richest people on Earth, she also owns the largest e-commerce corporation, Mamazon. She maintains the image of a kind, plump grandmother, using a special suit, but in reality she is thin, cunning, and ruthless, although she can sometimes become kind and sympathetic (out of a long-standing love for Farnsworth). She is also on good terms with Dr. Zoidberg, who once participated in her corporation's illegal military biological experiments. She keeps the control panel for all of Earth's robots in her bra (they are manufactured with antennas for this purpose) and one day uses it to launch a machine uprising and take over the planet. Professor Farnsworth, Dr. Zoidberg, and Hermes Conrad once worked for Mom. She is officially married to Wernerstrum. She has three sons of varying degrees of stupidity; the series makes numerous hints that they are Professor Farnsworth's children. She constantly slaps them. In the episode "The Tip of the Zoidberg," it is revealed that her real name is Carol. Walt, Larry, and Ignar are Mom's sons, who often accompany her. Each owns 0.1% of Momcorp's shares. Walt is the tallest and smartest of the brothers, Larry is weak-willed and melancholy, and Ignar, the dumbest, is Professor Farnsworth's son.

A small, three-eyed alien over 1,000 years old. His real name is not given because "In the time it takes to speak a single letter of his name, trillions of worlds will burst into flame and vanish into oblivion." He is a Nibblonian. Leela adopted him as a pet after finding him on the soon-to-be-destroyed planet Vergon 6 in the episode "Love's Labours Lost in Space" and named him Nibbler, just before she discovered his ability to rapidly consume animals much larger than himself. In times of crisis, the Planet Express crew uses his excrement as fuel, as his excrement is dark matter, a fragment of which weighs more than a thousand suns. In "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid," he reveals his true identity—he actually holds a high position on his home planet of Eternium and is a member of the universe's oldest race, the Nibblonians (the Nibblonians were already 17 years old when the Big Bang occurred). One day, it is revealed that Nibbler is actually a Nibblonian secret agent (Lord Nibbler), sent to Earth to stop an invasion of a race of giant brains ("The Day the Earth Stood Stupid"). It is also later revealed that Nibbler was the one who caused Fry to be frozen for a thousand years (his shadow can be seen under the table in "Applied Cryogenics" in the first episode of Season 1 and in a trash can in Season 5).

Nibbler is the ambassador of an advanced civilization on Earth that utilizes telepathy. Nibbler's home planet, Eternium, is the precise center of the universe. Since the universe's birth, his species has been at war with a race of giant floating brains seeking to destroy all intelligent life in the universe.

Lieutenant, assistant to Zapp Brannigan, first officer of the Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) on the starship Nimbus, and an experienced stylist and barber. He belongs to the amphibiosan species. His race's home planet is Amphibius 9. Kife is over 24 years old. Kife has six nipples and can shed his skin when needed. His skin can also change color to blend in with its surroundings, like a chameleon's. His body is also elastic enough to resemble a rubber toy. He can inflate his body to colossal sizes to ward off predators. Kife's hands and feet are equipped with suction cups, allowing him to climb walls like a gecko. Another unique feature of this character's physiology is that Kif has no skeleton; the bones in his body are actually fluid-filled bladders. As mentioned, Kif is very gentle and shy. He's not cowardly, but simply insecure. Zapp is partly to blame for this, as he constantly humiliates him and treats him like a servant. Kif dislikes personal confrontations and rivalries, which created difficulties in his life, including, for example, on his date with Amy. He tried very hard to be on top of his game and make a good impression on her, but this was extremely difficult in Zapp's presence. He generally complains about Zapp to Leela (which horrifies her) and to anyone who can and will listen. However, he later made some harsh remarks to Zapp about his lost navigation charts. And in the feature film Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, Kif was so offended by Zapp seducing Amy that he even punched him in the stomach.

A character from the animated series Futurama. He is a general in the Democratic Order of Planets and captain of the spaceship Nimbus. He is portrayed as a hero respected by his superiors and the public, but hated by his own crew. Despite his reputation as a reckless brave man and a strategic genius, in reality he often proves to be narcissistic, cowardly, and dim-witted. Brannigan is the highest-ranking officer in the Democratic Order of Planets (DOOP) military, although his rank varies. He has been introduced as a "25-star General" and "General Major Webelo" [1]. Despite his ranks and awards, he lacks any military leadership talent, to put it mildly. Brannigan's victories often stem from the use of a massive military contingent against weak and helpless opponents. Sepp is proud of his victories and won't hesitate to mention them at every opportunity. But when a real adversary confronts Brannigan, either his ship is disabled first, or Brannigan himself flees at the first salvo of enemy gunfire. He enjoys engaging in dangerous and pointless adventures, from which he escapes at the expense of his crew and first mate, Keefe. He usually blames them for all his failures. His favorite tactic is sending people to senseless deaths.

Also known as Dr. Zoidberg, or simply Zoidberg, is a humanoid crab-like alien from the planet Decapod 10, a fictional character in the television series Futurama. He works as a doctor for Planet Express, though it must be admitted that he knows very little about human anatomy and physiology, much less medical treatments, often confusing humans with robots and crustaceans. He received his doctorate in "homicide and homicide science" by mail. In the episode "The Duh-Vinci Code," he demonstrates a keen understanding of art and proudly declares that he has a doctorate in art history. Zoidberg wears a shell, which, like crustaceans on Earth, he can shed. However, he cannot regrow a new shell and must buy one from a store. Without his shell, the doctor's invertebrate nature is obvious. Not without reason mistaken for an alien in the episode "Roswell That Ends Well," Zoidberg, being a doctor himself, undergoes an autopsy. His line is noteworthy: "Take my heart—I have four!" However, in the episode "A Taste of Freedom," he also said in court: "I'm terribly worried. Two out of three hearts have already had heart attacks." It is likely that one heart was taken from him after all. In the episode "A Taste of Freedom," it was revealed that the Decapodians are cold-blooded. In a fit of panic, he is capable of growing hair on his head, which immediately turns gray (episode "Möbius Dick"). In a fit of rage, as during breeding season, Zoidberg's crest unfurls, and he gains unprecedented strength (Why Must I Be a Crustacean in Love?). During this period, the professor notes that Zoidberg "seems to be dripping with man-jelly." Zoidberg has the ability to smell bad when bored. In the episode "The Prisoner of Benda," it is shown that he can have a small second jaw protruding from his tongue, a parody of Aliens. Possessing characteristics of both crustaceans and mollusks, the doctor is capable of easily severing a person's arm with his claws.

Professor, the oldest member of the Academy of Inventors, and the owner and founder of Planet Express. Hubert Farnsworth is almost always dressed the same—a white coat, a light green turtleneck, turquoise elastic-waist pants, and light green slippers—but prefers to shed his clothes whenever possible. He has very poor eyesight (which is a source of ridicule), so he wears thick-lensed glasses that, among other things, have adjustable focus. He constantly says, "Good news, everyone!" when announcing a new mission or something important, often far from good. Farnsworth takes a dietary supplement called "Good News," which is directly related to substances without which the professor can quickly age (S07P16). He often lapses into senility.

The professor's intellectual development is extremely inconsistent. His intellect is sometimes on par with that of great scientists, sometimes no more than that of a five-year-old child. The inconsistencies in his mind and basic logic are most clearly demonstrated in the episode "A Clockwork Origin." Professor Farnsworth needed no more than two hours to construct a simple interstellar ship from the remains of a robotic dinosaur, but it took him nearly 12 hours to create a slingshot from rubber bands and an iron fork.

A workaholic bureaucrat and accountant at Planet Express. Originally from Jamaica and speaking with a thick accent, he manages Planet Express's delivery business, responsibilities including paying bills, issuing legal waivers, and notifying next of kin. Hermes is very enthusiastic about Limbo and was once an Olympic Limbo athlete. Hermes typically wears a dirty green suit consisting of a blazer jacket and straight trousers. He always wears a white two-button shirt and a red-purple belt. He wears red boots and rectangular glasses. He also eats a lot of spicy food. Hermes often chastises the staff for not working hard enough and strongly dislikes Zoidberg, often treating him like a "thing" rather than a person. Zoidberg usually ignores this, considering Hermes a friend, but after learning the truth in the episode "Six Million Dollar Dude," he callously criticizes Hermes for his treatment of him. Later episodes show their complicated relationship, with Hermes slowly softening towards Zoidberg.

Despite his disdain for most of his colleagues, he is later portrayed as one of the most compassionate characters in the series and seems to have a soft spot for Bender. In the season 6 episode "Deadly Inspection," it is revealed that Hermes worked at the robot factory in Tijuana, Mexico, where Bender was built, as Inspector #5, checking robots for defects as they came off the production line. Bender was built without a backup module, but Hermes' compassion for the little robot led him to overturn Bender's "defective" assessment and give him a chance at life. Afterward, he submitted his resignation and then destroyed all evidence of his work there to prevent Bender from learning the truth, nearly dying in the process. At the end of the episode, he smiles as he watches his personnel file burn.

Amy is one of the main characters in the animated series Futurama. A Martian of Chinese descent, she works at Planet Express as an intern and assistant to Professor Farnsworth. She holds a PhD in applied physics. Amy's original appearance is partially preserved in her everyday attire—she often wears a simple pink tracksuit, which has replaced her intended mechanic's overalls (she says this is to spite her parents, who expect her to adopt a more feminine style). When Amy does change her look, she prefers provocative and revealing outfits. Despite her apparent dimwittedness, Amy often demonstrates professional skills as an engineer and scientist, assisting Professor Farnsworth in his experiments and, in one episode, even saving the planet on her own. At the beginning of the series, Amy is presented as a frivolous and spoiled girl, constantly changing partners. She subsequently enters into a long-term (on-again, off-again) relationship with Keith Crocker, which shows her personal growth from a girl interested in nightclubs, shopping, and fearing the loss of her independence by entering into a serious relationship to becoming a mature, self-sufficient woman who cares for her children.

Most of Amy's relationships remain off-screen and are only alluded to. A defining characteristic of the character is that after a romantic relationship ends, she has no problem transitioning back to purely business or friendly relationships, which contrasts sharply with Leela's character. Individual episodes feature a brief affair with the series' protagonist, Fry, a one-night stand with Zapp Brannigan, her husband Kif's boss (at the time, Amy believed him dead), and a "robosexual" affair with the robot Bender.

Bender (model - Bending Module 22 serial number 2716057[1]) is a robot bender from the animated series Futurama. He is a comic antihero, a foul-mouthed alcoholic, an avid cigar smoker, a fan of robot pornography (in the form of electrical circuits), a frequenter of robot brothels, a kleptomaniac, and a cook (his food is, in most cases, at least inedible, and often life-threatening). In a critical situation, he is often the only one who panics. In the Benderama episode, he was a complete lazybones. Bender usually behaves as a complete egoist, cynic, and misanthrope, but occasionally he shows sympathy (for example, towards the turtle in the episode "Crimes of the Hot") and develops a friendly affection for Fry. In some Futurama episodes, Bender is the main character.

Fry's appearance: reddish-brown hair, always casually tousled, not thin but not athletic, and of average height. He usually wears straight-leg blue jeans, black sneakers with white laces, a white T-shirt, and a short scarlet parka jacket with pockets, though for special occasions, Fry wears a tuxedo.
