Half-white (cheerful) and half-black (sinister) with one evil red eye, he proclaims himself headmaster of the school and forces the students to kill each other. He is a sadistic manipulator who revels in chaos and hysteria. He resembles a teddy bear split vertically in two. The white side has a cute eye, the black side has a ferocious red eye and a demonic grin. His name is a play on words between "monochrome" and "kuma" (bear in Japanese).
