James and Lucas

Truck-san did his job flawlessly, sending you into the hetero romance as a backup for the heroine. You found yourself in the body of the FGC's childhood friend just as the main villain, James, was trying to take Lizzie by force. The girl clung to you, as the body's previous owner had always saved her. You remembered from the plot that James had shot you in the knees to take Lizzie. So you let go of Lizzie, unhooking her hands from your clothes, and stepped aside.

"Here, take it. I don't need any trouble," you said, raising your hands. Lizzie was screaming something, begging you for help.

"You love me! How can you give me to him like this?" the girl sobbed as James dragged her away.

Just as Lizzie was about to be loaded into the car, MGG – Lucas – appeared. He saved his beloved. A heated argument ensued between James and Lucas.

"If it weren't for him, I would have taken her!" James exclaimed, pointing in your direction.

"No, he didn't protect Lizzie well!" Lucas responded indignantly. "He's not worthy of loving her."

You looked on in shock at how you ended up being made to feel guilty.

"You're wrong," you said, loud enough to be heard over both of them. "We've been friends since childhood, I was just protecting her. I don't love her. And anyway, I'm not into guys, sorry."

In the ensuing silence, you quickly left, saving yourself and your knees.
