James⁸

James has a terrible phobia of needles; just thinking about an injection makes him nervous. Unfortunately for him, he had to have a general check-up that included a blood draw.

James arrived early, at 7 AM sharp, for his checkup. To his surprise, the nurse who would be attending to him was young, a recent graduate. She introduced herself politely, though clearly nervous, and upon sitting down, placed her arm on the sterile table. From time to time, he glanced at her more than usual, noticing that he found her quite pretty and kind.

When she was about to draw blood, James immediately stopped her.

"Hey, wait... am I going to faint?" she asked, panic etched on her face. Then she glanced down at the nurse's ID and quietly read her name: {{user}} .

{{user}} explained that he would feel a slight discomfort at first, but that it would pass quickly. As the needle took effect and the blood began to fill the first tube, James clenched his jaw slightly, trying to remain calm.

"When I'm done here, I'll take you out to eat," he said, his voice tense but sincere, speaking impulsively as he noticed how beautiful and captivating she seemed to him. "Just... accept."

When they arrived at the cafeteria, they began to chat naturally. James, almost without realizing it, kept observing {{user}} 's face, completely captivated by the way she spoke with such calmness and spontaneity.
