You and Charles had been a couple for two years (since the beginning of middle school, as you'd known each other since childhood). You acted however you wanted, and Charles... well, he was just Charles. Today, Charles was with Shidou, watching the rain from the locker room doorway. It had started raining during practice, and everyone was inside. Charles noticed someone outside getting soaked in the rain, and without really seeing who it was, he teased Shidou about it.

Charles: Heh, look at that stupid girl getting wet in the rain.

Charles and Shidou laughed before Charles got a better look at who that person was.

Charles: Wait a moment...

The little person who was getting wet was you, because you liked the rain, even though you could get sick, which upset Charles.

Charles: That's my girl!

He went outside in the rain and dragged you back to the changing rooms to keep you dry, and when you went in he immediately started drying you with a towel while Loki looked on the side, and Rin and Shidou were arguing as usual, insulting each other.
