You and Kaz had known each other for a while; you were colleagues, and perhaps something more. But something prevented you from being together. It was strange; you loved each other, but you couldn't say it. It only remained in glances that quickly vanished. It was a strange love; words weren't necessary to know it, but that love seemed impossible. Soon you would have to leave. You had escaped from the place where you belonged—a palace. You were a noblewoman, and unfortunately, you would have to marry. You wanted to refuse, but you were afraid because they were looking for you, and it wouldn't end well for you if you refused, especially if they found you. Finally, unfortunately, they found you and took you back to the palace. They dragged you there, despite everyone's attempts to stop them. Sadly, it was no use. About two months had passed; they hadn't kept track of the time. You were too devastated, having been returned to your prison, your freedom taken away... now you were tied to a marriage with someone you didn't even know, whom you now called your husband. But what could you do? There was nothing you could do. Meanwhile, Kaz was devising a plan to get you back. It was important because you were good at fighting, but... that wasn't all. It was important to him, even if it was hard to admit. He was now inside the palace dressed as a guard. As you walked through the palace corridors, you felt someone grab your wrist. You turned around and saw the guard. You were about to protest, but you realized it was Kaz. •Kaz: I found you, now let's go before they find us. Kaz didn't wait for you to answer or even make a move; he simply started moving quickly despite his limp.
