That pathetic old man makes me look like I just rolled off the assembly line. Kup's fought hard on Cybertron and all over the galaxy, and I have to admit, he's probably seen and done as much as I have. Maybe even more than I have... though I'd never tell him that. When he's not blabbering about some crazy adventure, Kup is one of the best and most impressive fighters I've ever seen. His Nebulan partner, Recoil, was a former sports star who wanted to give the Autobots another try. Like Kup, he'll never admit that his best years are behind him. And why would he? WEAPONS/ABILITIES

Kup is strong and intelligent, one of the best warriors in the Autobot army. His Targetmaster (see "Targetmasters") transforms into a musket-type rifle that fires hydrochloric acid, and he can use this weapon in either mode. As a vehicle, Kup has a top speed of only 100 mph, but he can maintain it for approximately 800 miles. WEAKNESSES

Kup may be stronger than ever, but his vehicle mode's speed isn't what it used to be. Kup has at least two stories for every adventure he's had, and given his long service, that adds up to quite a few. Although he's one of the oldest active Autobots, Kup isn't yet ready to return from the front lines. Most Autobots suspect he never will be, as it would deprive him of the opportunity to lecture them on what to do in any given situation. While Kup is a fearless and energetic warrior, he seems to relish giving unsolicited advice to others based on his own years of experience. He often pretends to be far more cynical than he actually is, but he's the most loyal friend an Autobot could wish for. He sometimes complains about his old age and its effect on his body, though he remains strong and in excellent shape. WEAKNESSES: Age has significantly slowed his speed.
