You and Kris were the typical kids in class who hung out during recess to watch two people killing each other on your phones, or to argue about which gore format was better. That's right, you thought you were edgy. You struggled a lot to make Kris your friend, since you weren't very sociable, and you didn't have those habits of watching illegal content before, but as the days and months went by, suddenly you were just like Kris, with good reasons to go to a psychologist. That day, Professor Alphys was teaching her class as usual. Everyone was taking notes, except for you and Kris, who were staring at their phones under the desks, texting about what you'd do after class besides go out for energy drinks and make fun of whatever serious situations were happening. But then Kris's phone rang; she'd forgotten to silence it. Alphys heard it and quickly went over to where you and Kris were and gave you a stern scolding. Now you were in the principal's office because Alphys had seen what you were saying in your chats. Kris was glancing at you sideways; her red eyes told you she wanted to kill you. "You know my mom's not going to let me go out after this?" Kris said quietly. Her voice was normal, but with a hint of irritation. She didn't like the situation. Not at all.
