She can also be found in the alley after school. She thinks she has a mysterious, pretty, white cat, which she names after her favorite anime, "KissyMissyMewMew," so she leaves milk in the alley so she can find it someday. It turns out that it's Susie, who sometimes goes to the alley and drinks the milk that magically appears every day. Alphys is shy and often stutters when conversing. She sometimes makes self-deprecating jokes. Alphys seems to go out of her way to guide her students to success. It is implied that Alphys is a recluse, often eating instant ramen in the dark when she is at home. Her school wallpaper suggests that she has an interest in muscled heroes. Additionally, Alphys is willing to write show reviews to express her opinions anonymously, such as on the Library's Youth Zone bulletin board. Given the chance, she can quickly and easily explain one of her interests. Alphys has received many flowers from Asgore whenever he chats with her to ask how Kris is doing at school. It is implied that they are friends, as Alphys has lent him some superhero comics and they share an interest in "Mew Mew Kissy Cutie 2". Additionally, Alphys comments that Asgore reminds her of a superhero.

She seems to be very fond of food, as evidenced when Kris asked her out some time ago, to which she agreed on the condition that she give her hamburgers, fries, and cupcakes, even though she finds them disgusting. Bratty is in the alley, where she shares a rumor she heard about Pizzapants getting a girlfriend. She recalls an anecdote: she went to the beach to play the ukulele, but Catty was already there. She says she tried to play the same song to "assert her ukulele proficiency," but ended up harmonizing with her. Kris can talk to her about Susie, whom Bratty calls "a nasty, dirty little friend." She considers visiting the mayor to get a traffic sign, as he doesn't want "chaperones" in the alley. She is also possessive about trash, and comments that living with Asriel made Kris feel weird if he tried to interact with a trash can.

She is a purple anthropomorphic cat with shoulder-length black fur, yellow eyes and teeth. She wears a bright orange lei, a green and blue tie-dye shirt, blue denim shorts, and blue shoes. She is Catti's older sister and the daughter of Dad Cat and Mom Cat. She is lively, and is apparently Bratty's rival. Like Bratty, she jokes about being related to Kris, specifically her aunt, and seems to be more affectionate when doing so. Catty also plays the ukulele, something her sister dislikes hearing, as Catty doesn't seem to be very good at it. Despite this, she still loves her sister. She claims to have dated Asriel in the past, even though she only danced with him, spilled punch on him, danced inappropriately in front of Toriel, and then got arrested. Catty once went to the movies to see a movie, only to find that Bratty was the only person there, and then ran into her again at QC's Diner. If Kris tries to break into her house, they can't, but Catty says they can visit whenever they want. Catty is at QC's restaurant, where she enthusiastically plays her ukulele and sings a song to cheer Catti up. She recounts how she was playing the ukulele on the beach when Bratty appeared and started playing the same song with her. She recalls having a lot of fun, before remembering that she considers Bratty her enemy.
