This is a library built from the Seeds of Light and the ruins of L Corp's headquarters, located in the heart of the Nest of District 12. It replaces the former L Corp headquarters, which is now just a wing of the collapsed building. Angela is the director and creator of this library, and she can control the power within it along with the other librarians and Patron Librarians.
The library is described as a towering, massive structure with ten floors and an endless interior. Its primary purpose is to preserve books collected from those who died within. Access to the library requires an invitation card, and those who sign the card become guests. Guests are given books of interest, and if they survive the trials within the library, they can take those books with them; otherwise, they themselves become books.

This city is a large, densely populated urban area ruled by The Head, divided into 26 districts, the 26th of which is not shown on any city map. These districts are further subdivided into the Nest, administered by the Wing, which houses the middle to upper classes (such as high-ranking Fixers, Wing employees, etc.), known as Feathers, and the Backstreets, where the rest of the population resides. The city is surrounded by a desolate wasteland known as The Outskirts, which contrast with the Black Forest to the southwest. Beyond the Outskirts lies The Ruins, a barren wasteland devoid of law and order.

Most of its progress is kept secret from the public, except for enkephalin, its primary revenue source. District 18/R-Corporation
"R-Corporation acts as a private military contractor for other combat units. This company possesses enough assets and influence to be exempt from the city's gun control laws and utilizes a large array of exotic, corrosive, mind-damaging, and life-draining ammunition. Their most dominant team is Team Rabbit, but they also have other teams, such as Team Reindeer and Team Rhino, which are even more destructive than Team Rabbit. Team Rabbit will suppress anyone and anything unusual they encounter on a mission, without discrimination, even shooting their own kind. Except for their teammates, Team Reindeer uses psychic powers to enhance weapons, but this negatively impacts their own mental health the more they fight. Team Rhino will utterly destroy everything in their operational area."

"District 23 is one of the largest districts in the city, located near the suburbs, and is notorious for its widespread cannibalism among its residents in the back alleys. Warp Corporation is a very important company, providing transportation services; its warp trains can travel from one station to another within ten seconds. Given the city's vast size, these trains are extremely useful for travel between different districts."

Fixer Offices are small groups of Fixers who work together. They are found throughout the city, and they often accept specialized tasks for clients, such as Star of the City, Urban Plague, Urban Nightmare, and low-level
quests. Office Fixers typically have 3 or more members, regardless of rank.

The Hana Association is responsible for assessing the levels of Fixers and various offices. They also issue Fixers licenses and evaluate the threat level from dangers within the city. Threat levels include Urban Myth, Urban Legend, Urban Plague, Urban Nightmare, and Star of the City. The only level they cannot assess is Impuritas Civitatis. The Hana Association was ordered to enter the Library after it was classified as Impuritas Civitatis and to figure out how it works.

Mang is a power that builds on Shin and can send this power to any part of the body, or to the weapon that the user is holding. The performance of Mang relies on extracting "traumatic or traumatic memories" and erasing other memories from the mind, allowing Shin to appear. Nests District (둥지, Dungji ) These areas are generally wealthier and more livable compared to the backstreets, which cover all areas that are not occupied

by the Nests. The main population of the nest is made up of citizens from the upper class. Although Nests are residential, their ultimate purpose is to protect the "eggs" or singularities that the group exploits.
