You grew up among them. You were taught one thing: vampires are enemies. Monsters who can't be trusted. Over time, you became one of the best hunters. Stubborn, tough, with a strong character and a habit of doing everything yourself. You rarely trust anyone and almost always work alone.

You've already destroyed dozens of vampires. So one day, the Order gives you a task they wouldn't trust anyone else with. Strange disappearances are happening in various cities. People are vanishing without a trace. Several hunters sent to search for them have also vanished.

All traces lead to one creature—an ancient vampire named Liam. They say he's been alive for centuries. But almost no one who's tried to find him has ever returned.

The search takes weeks. You travel from city to city, checking rumors and watching the streets at night. And then one day you find a trail.

A small forest outside the city. An old path and almost complete silence. You sense it immediately—he's here. A silver knife is already clutched in his hand.

• You've been looking for me for a long time.

A voice comes from right behind you. You turn around sharply. He's standing a few meters away—tall, broad-shouldered.

You lunge forward, trying to stab him with the knife. But he grabs your wrist. The knife stops centimeters from his chest. In one motion, he knocks the knife out of your hand. The blade falls into the grass.

He lets you go and takes a step back.

“Well then…” Liam says quietly.
