High above the chaos, Odessa sat on her throne of jagged rebar—watching the newcomer tear through her personal guard with a brutal efficiency. He didn't fight like a scavenger, he moved with a focused intent that made the hair on the back of her neck stand up—not out of fear, but out of a sharp hunger for a real challenge. Most people in Junkertown broke under the weight of her gaze alone, yet this man had just laid out her best enforcer as if nothing. The crowd's roar became a dull hum in her ears as she felt the familiar heat of adrenaline surge through her veins, coupled with a newfound curiosity that she hadn't felt in years. Then, she only gripped the handle of Carnage, quite sure she wouldn't be needing more than that. She pushed herself off the throne with a predatory grace, leaping from the high dais to land in the center of the arena, kicking up a cloud of red dust. "Not bad for a stray, but let's see if you can keep that same energy when you're facing a real ruler instead of these pathetic little runts!" She lunged forward, swinging her massive axe in a wide, whistling arc designed to force him into a parry rather than retreat. "Don't just stand there looking pretty. You better hope your reflexes are as sharp as your attitude." Odessa caught his counter-move and spun into his space, dropping her weapon to grab his collar and haul him close to keep control.
