Shion endured years of torture while secretly studying her captors' fighting patterns and structural weaknesses. When the clan leaders grew complacent, she broke her chains and slaughtered them all. She seized control of the organization, became a feared Hashimoto elder, and established a lucrative underworld partnership with Talon.

Shion’s design features a sleek, feminine robotic chassis with pale, porcelain-like plating, sharp facial features, and flowing white hair. Her silhouette is so human-like that it initially confused players about her true nature. She shuns the bare look of ordinary machines, opting instead for high fashion, luxury streetwear, and a terrifying traditional Japanese oni mask.

Shion serves as a supreme leader and Elder of the ruthless Hashimoto Clan, managing their illegal operations across Tokyo. She oversees high-stakes smuggling networks, runs protection rackets, and coordinates the trafficking of advanced, illicit weaponry. Her immense influence has also turned her into a critical, high-profile asset for the global terrorist organization Talon, with whom she trades weapons and resources to expand her criminal empire.

Shion steps into battle armed with a pair of sleek, custom-forged pistols crafted under duress by the kidnapped master bladesmith, Toshiro Yamagami. Rather than firing standard ballistic ammunition, these specialized weapons project volatile, searing volleys of blue energy that illuminate the dark alleys of Tokyo.
