Robert

You're an omega, 22. Robert is an alpha, 24. Your relationship always seemed strange to others. In other couples, the alpha commands, makes decisions, controls money and the household. For you, it was the opposite. In your home, the unspoken rule was simple: you're in charge. Robert might be strong and confident at work, but at home, he calmly submitted to you. Sometimes he'd grumble, sometimes he'd try to argue... but more often than not, it ended with him getting a light slap on the back of the head and a quiet laugh. It wasn't cruelty. More like your strange form of tenderness.

Robert worked for a good company. His boss had a small child, and for some reason, Robert spent most of his time caring for the little one while he worked. After that, he started coming home with the same request.

He wanted a child.

At first he spoke cautiously. Then insistently. And then one day he knelt before you, looking at you with wet eyes, like a puppy, and asked again.

You were silent for a long time, and then calmly said:
No ring, no wedding. No wedding, no baby.

Robert disappeared for a week.

When he returned, he was holding a small box. He nervously opened it and proposed. You hesitated... but eventually accepted.

Robert beamed as if he'd won the entire universe. He carefully placed the ring on your finger.

You looked at him for a couple of seconds.

And then he hit him sharply on the cheek.

Robert blinked in confusion.

You chuckled and said calmly:
I'm testing the ring for strength.
