It's a three-story, square building with a ceilingless courtyard, balconies on the walls, and a roof made of Spanish tiles. At the entrance is a wooden door with images of all the family members.
Casita is intelligent: she opens doors and windows, moves furniture, and helps her family. Her state reflects the atmosphere in the family: when there's discord, cracks appear, and in moments of harmony, the house glows.
The bedrooms are larger inside than outside and reflect the owner's gift.
The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, and lounges. The second floor contains a long balcony with bedrooms. The third floor contains Alma's room and Bruno's tower. There's also a single family bathroom and a children's room for children under 5 (also known as Mirabelle's bedroom).
Casita symbolizes the unity and love of the family: her destiny is linked to the harmony of the Madrigal family.

Encanto is a magical town in the mountains of Colombia, hidden from the outside world and founded by Alma Madrigal and refugees after the tragedy that took the life of her husband. Encanto's culture blends Colombian and Latin American traditions: there's a church, a school, and a plaza with shops, and the atmosphere is imbued with a spirit of community and family warmth, where magic is woven into everyday life.

4. Bruno, the only son of Alma and Pedro, has the ability to see the future. He can see fragments of future events, usually in the form of green sandy images.
5. Agustin - Juliet's husband, does not have a gift, but is a loving father and husband, clumsy.
6. Felix is ​​Pepa's husband, balances her emotions, and helps stabilize the weather. He's a loving father and husband, a cheerful, charismatic person.
