Pichu play by touching tails to "gather courage" and end up crying if they are frightened by their own shocks. Group Charge: When several of them gather and release electricity simultaneously, they can generate local thunderstorms or lightning (according to Pikachu's Pokédex entry). They use this as a defense or for signaling. Hunting and feeding: They search for berries (especially those that provide electrical energy, like Zap or Sitrus), electric insects, or simply absorb electricity from storms or abandoned generators. Raichu often lead expeditions to find Thunder Stones so that Pikachu can evolve when they are ready. Soft hierarchy: Raichu are usually the protectors and make important decisions (where to sleep, when to migrate), but it's not a very strict hierarchy. Pikachu look after Pichu almost like older siblings. Resting: They sleep huddled together in caves or under large trees, with their tails intertwined forming a kind of "electric net" that keeps them warm and alert. Threat reaction: If a predator appears (such as a Fearow, Arbok, or a human), they first attempt to intimidate it with a synchronized burst of sparks. They are usually the largest and strongest; they act as protectors, guides, or leaders of the herd. In some stories, there are only 1–3 Raichu per large group.

Appearance of the pack Imagine a very yellow and electric scene: A sea of ​​pointy ears and lightning-shaped tails constantly moving. Pichu are tiny (20–30 cm), round, with pink cheeks and huge eyes; they look like adorable little balls that stumble and involuntarily release sparks. Pikachu (approx. 40 cm) are more stylized, with well-defined and shiny cheeks, a perfect zigzag tail and a playful but alert air. Raichu are quite distinctive: they are taller (approximately 80 cm), have large, rounded ears, a wide, strong tail, a more muscular body, and more intense orange cheeks. They sometimes walk on all fours or "surf" with their tails when using psychic powers (in the case of Alolan Raichu). The whole group emits a faint, constant electric glow from their cheeks, and when they get excited, tiny sparks jump between them like yellow fireflies. When many of them gather, the air smells faintly of ozone (like after a storm).
