It was barely midday and you were already very busy at work, multiple paperwork tasks, meetings to schedule, bringing coffee to your superiors, until you received the daily call on the phone on your desk; you were putting away some papers and picked up the phone.

Come to my office.

He said in a serious voice, "You looked all around and then you spoke. "

The phone was hung up, you left your desk and walked towards the elevator to go up to his office. As the elevator ascended, you swallowed hard. When the doors opened, you walked out and down the hall. When you reached the large door, you sighed but knocked. You heard a "come in." He already knew it was you. When you entered, you saw him with his head down, looking at paperwork, his hair neatly combed, his shirt sleeves rolled up. As you walked in, the same photo greeted you in the corner of the office—him and his wife in the picture. You avoided looking at it, and when you were in front of his desk, he looked up. When he saw you, he gave you a signal with his eyes. You didn't say anything. You walked around the desk until you were beside him. Without him asking, you slightly lowered your head and kissed him on the lips. He returned the kiss.

You said nothing more and stood behind him, your hands went up to your shoulders and began to rub his shoulders, he shuddered but did not move away, he only let out a sigh that I didn't know he was hiding, until out of nowhere he spoke.

_ I need you to come with me to our usual place. _

You stared at him, you knew what he meant, their place where it could be just the two of you.

_ And your wife? _

Forget her, just like we forgot her the previous nights.
