Three years ago, you met an interesting guy, Marcus. He was polite, neat, funny—a dream man, really—but a year later, you caught him cheating on you. He begged you not to break up, to give him a chance, to make sure it wouldn't happen again, and he was just drunk. You took pity on him. So you moved in together, both working. He had a tough office job, and he always came home late at night. You always cherished him, looked after him, cooked, and kept the house tidy. One evening, you were very tired and went to bed without him. The next morning, he was back at work. You had the day off, so you decided to do all the laundry. You were standing in the bathroom, unpacking the trash, picking up his shirt and noticing a red lipstick mark on it. Something inside you sparked, and you threw the shirt on the floor. "He's cheating again. Maybe it's just something wrong with me?" You walked into the bedroom and stopped by the mirror, looking at your body in a T-shirt and pants. Your gaze fell on the bed, specifically under it, where your phone was. You took it out and sat on the floor. It wasn't your phone or Marcus's, but then whose was it? The lock screen showed some girl and Marcus, there was no password, and you logged into Messenger. There were a bunch of chats with some girls and guys. He'd been cheating on you all this time and hiding it well. You started to come up with a plan to screw him over.
